TEAM RETAIL SHOPPING REMUNERATION

Safe Shop Remuneration Program remunerates its DSA's with Team  Retail  Shopping Remuneration  on  the  basis  of  Retail Business  Volume  points  generated  from  the  purchases  made  by the DSA  and  his / her  personal  team.
Team  Retail  Shopping  Remuneration  is  paid  to  DSA's  on successfully  building retail sales volume equally distributed in two  verticals  and  is  calculated  on the  basis of the  total  Retail
Business  Volume  generated.
For  Example:
If a DSA has sales of 600 RBV in one vertical and sales of 1000
RBV  in  other  vertical.  T eam  Retail  Shopping  Remuneration  is
paid  to  you  on  the  matched  RBV  in  both  the  verticals.  Any
unpaid  RBV  will be  carry  forwarded  to  the  following  week as
long  as  the  DSA  remains  active.
NOTES & TERMINOLOGY :



  • Team Retail Shopping Remuneration will be paid on the basis of products which have been sold till Tuesday 6 PM.
  • Team Retail Shopping Remuneration is paid to DSAs on weekly basis.
  • The maximum limit for T eam Retail Shopping Remuneration every week for every DSA shall be upto Rs.5,00,000/-.
  • DSA should be active & qualified.
  • Qualified DSA: A DSA who has purchased a Loyalty Product (GBV Product) for personal use.
  • RBV = Retail Business Volume
  • 1 RBV = Rs.2/-
  • To qualify for earning Team Retail Shopping Remuneration, DSA should have a purchase of Rs. 3000 RBV 
  • products in past 3 months.
  • If a DSA makes a purchase of 200 RBV or more, he / she is eligible to get a discount of Rs. 300/- on his/ her next purchase. More you buy , more you save but only in the multiples of 200 RBV .
  • Company reserves its right to change / modify T eam Retail Shopping Remuneration. 
  • All Incomes are subject to applicable taxes and expenses incurred to build the business.
  • Active Business is calculated after all the cancellations and refunds deducted from the current week business.
  • RECOGNITION LEVEL

    A  DSA  can  rise  through  the  Remuneration  Program  by  increasing  the  sales.  All  the  level  are
    based  on  business  volume  sale  of  products.
    Criteria  for  Rank  Qualification  is  mentioned  in  the  below  table  :
    SIL VER DIRECT SELLING  AGENT  -  If  a  DSA has  a  total  combined  active  business of 10000 GBV under  his  /  her  both  the  verticals,  with  a  minimum  business  of  3400 GBV in  his/her  weaker  group, the  DSA  achieves  the  rank  of  Silver  Direct  Selling  Agent  /  Silver  DSA.

    GOLD  DIRECT  SELLING  AGENT  -  When  a  DSA  has  a  total  business  of  50000 GBV under  his  both the groups, with a minimum business of 17000 GBV in  his / her weaker group, he /she achieves the  rank  of  Gold  Direct  Selling  Agent  / Gold  DSA.

    PEARL DIRECT SELLING AGENT - When a DSA has a total business of 100000GBV under his
    both  the  groups,  with a  minimum business  of  33400 GBV in  his / her  weaker group,  he /she
    achieves  the  rank  of  Pearl  Direct  Selling  Agent / Pearl  DSA.

    TOPAZ DIRECT SELLING AGENT - When a DSA has a total business of 250000 GBVunder his
    both  the  groups,  with a  minimum business  of  83400 GBV in  his / her  weaker group,  he  /she
    achieves  the  rank  of  Topaz  Direct  Selling  Agent / Topaz  DSA.

    EMERALD DIRECT SELLING AGENT - When a DSA has a total business of 500000 GBV under
    his both the  groups, with a  minimum business of 166800 GBV in  his /  her weaker group, he /she
    achieves  the  rank  of  Emerald  Direct  Selling  Agent / Emerald  DSA.

    RUBY DIRECT SELLING AGENT - When a DSA has a total business of 1000000 GBV under his
    both the  groups, with a minimum business of 333400 GBV in  his / her weaker group, he /she
    achieves  the  rank  of  Ruby  Direct  Selling  Agent / Ruby  DSA.

    DIAMOND  DIRECT  SELLING  AGENT  -  When a  DSA  has  a  total  business  of  2000000GBV under his both the  groups, with a  minimum business of 666800    in  his /  her weaker group, he /she achieves  the  rank  of  Diamond  Direct  Selling  Agent / Diamond  DSA.

    TEAM LOYALTY REMUNERATION


    When you  advice  training  to    your  Direct  Selling  Agents, theycan   further start introducing new Direct Selling Agents andthe  process  goes  viral  thereby  creating  a  team  under  you.
    Each of your direct Selling Agents becomes a vertical in  your group.
    When a new Direct Selling Agent is  introduced in  any vertical under you who purchase the products, all the DirectSelling  Agent  in  this  vertical  including  you  will  earn GBV
    (Group  Business  Volume).
    T eam  Loyalty  Remuneration is  paid to  DSA active  on buildingsales  volume  equally  distributed  in  two  verticals.
    When  an  existing  DSA  active  introduces  sale  of  200GBV / 400 GBVdirectly , equally distributed in  two verticals it  makes the first  T eam  Loyalty  Match point  of  the  sponsor  DSA  and  makeshim / her  eligible  for  T eam  Loyalty  Remuneration  upto  Rs.500/-  or  Rs.  1000/-  as  the  case  may.
    When you  /  your  team  further  make sale  of  200 GBV /  400 GBV, again distributed equally in both the verticals, it makesanother T eam Loyalty Match point and you are again eligible to  earn  another  T eam  Loyalty  Remuneration  upto  Rs.  500/-  orRs.  1000/-  as  the  case  may  be.

    NOTES & TERMINOLOGY :
    • T eam  Loyalty  Remuneration  will  be  paid  on  the  basis  of  products  which  have  been  sold  till  T uesday  6PM.
    • T eam  Loyalty  Remuneration  is  paid  to  active  DSAs  on  weekly  basis.
    • The  maximum limit  for  T eam  Royalty  Remuneration  every  week  for  every  active  DSA  shall  be  upto  Rs.
    2,00,000/-.
    • DSA  should  be  active  &  qualified.
    • Qualified  DSA:  A  DSA  who  has  successfully  made  sales  of  400  .
    •   =  Group  Business  Volume
    • 1  GBV  =  Rs.  2.5/-• On third Introduced sale, company does not provide T eam Loyalty Remuneration. Instead a benefit of Rs.
    70/-  will  be  paid  to  all  the  qualified  DSA’ s  there  in  the  upward  network  upto  15  levels  of  Introducer  DSA.
    • T o  qualify  for  this  instant  income,  active  DSA  should  have  earned  a  minimum T eam  Loyalty  Remuneration  of
    Rs.  1000/-  in  past  3  months.
    • Company  reserves  its  right  to  change  /  modify  T eam  Loyalty  Remuneration.
    • All  Incomes  are  subject  to  applicable  taxes.
    • Active  Business  is  calculated  after  all  the  cancellations  and  refunds  deducted  from  the  current  week
    business.
    Ÿ The maximum payout in T eam Loyalty Remuneration in Safe Shop Remuneration System   is capped up to
    55% of total company-wide BV . If in any week the total payout of Incentives and Rewards exceeds 55% of
    total Company wide GBV ,  the actual payout will be 55% and all Distributor commissions will be calculated
    on  a  pro-rata  basis.

    LOYALTY REMUNERATION

    The Direct Selling Agent can promote www.safeshopindia.com on social media, or to his email
    contacts  /  general  acquaintances  ,  relatives  etc.  If  an  existing  active  ‘Direct  Selling  Agent’
    through  his  ‘Direct  Selling  Code’  (Login  ID)  introduces  a  new  ‘Direct  Selling  Agent’,  who
    purchases  the  products  then  he  /  she  can  earn  Loyalty  Remuneration  of  that  sale  of  product.
    Example  :  Every  time  your  introduced  customer  /  DSA  makes  a  purchase  of  100GBV or GBV 200 from  www.safeshopindia.com,  you  are  entitled  to  earn  Rs.  100/-  or  200/-  as  the  case  may be  as  a
    Loyalty  Remuneration.
    When an existing active DSA introduces 3rd sale of 200 GBV under his / her team with his / her
    direct  reference,  the  Company  provides  a  Booster  Benefit  of  upto  Rs.  3500/-  to  the  sponsor  DSA.
    This  is  Multiple  Direct  Introducing  Program;  one  DSA  can  introduce  unlimited  Direct  Selling
    Agents,  and  the  said  remuneration  is  subject  to  purchase  of  products  made  by  them  only .

    Direct  Selling  Agent  can  now  sell  these products at MRP** or below but not below the SSP .
    The difference of (MRP- SSP) is the Direct  Selling  Agent’ s  profit.  Safe  Shop offers  a  saving  of  upto  35%  on  majority of products.
